Autumn Rituals Program!
We've created a weekend with a tasting menu around chestnuts? and with two rituals that will delight you!
Start your first ritual with a chestnut body scrub and prepare your skin for deep hydration with a relaxing massage! If you prefer to take care of your face, we suggest a ritual consisting of a chestnut peeling, a hydrating mask with honey and chestnut, followed by a localized massage.
The program includes:
* 2 nights accommodation with breakfast for 2 people;
* 1 dinner for 2 people, with a special menu where chestnuts are king!;
* Tasting of wines and regional cheese with chestnut jam;

Winter Health Pack
The Muscle Rehabilitation Health Pack includes:

* 01 Muscle Rehabilitation Pack with 5 1-hour sessions for 01 person;
If you have been diagnosed with tendonitis, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, joint pain or other pathologies, this pack is the right one for you. This pack consists of sessions that combine different physiotherapy techniques, the use of electrotherapy and an individualised exercise plan. The main objectives of these sessions are to reduce pain and improve mobility and functionality. You can also combine this plan with individualised hydrotherapy sessions in a pool, increasing the benefits of the individual plan defined .

Take care of your Body and Mind! November
Shorter days, with fewer hours of sunshine, are approaching! It's important to recharge your batteries and prepare your body and mind for the winter ahead! Grande Hotel and Termas da Felgueira have prepared a special 2,3 or 4-day program that offers you a unique experience, using thermal water! Discover the special conditions for the month of November.
Program includes: 02 nights half board.
Free access to the gym with Personal Trainer. You can choose 1 Wellness treatment per day from the following options: General massage with essential oils, Lymphatic Drainage, Tired Legs and Back Pain Massage, or opt for a daily set of techniques hot springs that include our unique and special resource, our thermal water! Thermal water treatments combine the best of the technical quality of our employees and equipment with the regenerating properties of our natural mineral water.
Therefore, we enable the client to combine wellness treatments without natural mineral water with the following options: option 1 - Vichy Massage Shower + Shower Cachão + Water aerobics | option 2 - Hydromassage + Jet Shower + Steam Column | option 3 - Felgy Massage Shower+ Circular Shower + Aerobath | option 4 - Hydropressotherapy + Underwater shower for lower limbs.

Breathe Better Program 01/Jun to 31/Jul
The Breathe Better Program combines the best of thermal treatment for the respiratory tract and the Grande Hotel’s art of welcoming!
This year from June 1st to July 31st and from November 1st to 26th of the current year, the Respire Melhor Program is based on low season prices.
The program includes: 7 nights of accommodation for two people, half board. 01 7-day Thermal Program exclusive for one person, includes medical consultation and 4 thermal techniques performed daily over 7 days.
During the initial consultation, the hydrologist will prescribe 4 daily techniques within the following range: nasal irrigation/gargle/manosonic/sonic aerosol/circular shower and individual nubelization.
Taking into account the diversity of pathologies, there may be different combinations of techniques, thus creating a specific program that responds to each client.
As the promotion of our clients' health and well-being is our main objective, we have included in this program the offer of 2 Vichy Massage Showers, extending the benefits of thermal treatment to the musculoskeletal system, improving general well-being.

The Move Without Pain Program combines the best of thermal treatment for rheumatic/musculoskeletal diseases and the art of welcoming at the Grande Hotel!
This year from June 1st to July 31st and from November 1st to 26th of the current year, the Respire Melhor Program is based on low season prices.
The program includes 7 nights of half-board accommodation for 2 people. Thermal program for 1 person that includes medical consultation and thermal techniques carried out daily over 7 days.
During the initial consultation, the hydrologist will prescribe 3 daily techniques within the following range of techniques: Collective Mobilization Pool/ Hydromassage/ Circular Shower/ Jet or Cachão Shower/ Vichy or Aix Massage Shower/ Bertolaix/ Spinal Steam.
Taking into account the diversity of pathologies, there may be different combinations of techniques, thus creating a specific program that responds to each client.
