Winter Health Pack
The Muscle Rehabilitation Health Pack includes:
* 05 nights accommodation in half board for 02 people in a Double Room;
* 01 Muscle Rehabilitation Pack with 5 1-hour sessions for 01 person;
If you have been diagnosed with tendonitis, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, joint pain or other pathologies, this pack is the right one for you. This pack consists of sessions that combine different physiotherapy techniques, the use of electrotherapy and an individualised exercise plan. The main objectives of these sessions are to reduce pain and improve mobility and functionality. You can also combine this plan with individualised hydrotherapy sessions in a pool, increasing the benefits of the individual plan defined .

Carnival Program 2025
Carnival is coming and we are ready for the festivities!
On the opening weekend of the 2025 Thermal Season, come and discover the most traditional and original Carnivals in Portugal and enjoy regional delicacies at the Serra da Estrela Cheese Fair in Seia.
The 2-night program includes:
