Shower Techniques
They consist of the projection on the body of a body of water under pressure. The temperature and water pressure can vary depending on whether you want a more stimulating effect (higher pressure, more striking, temperature more distant from the body) or more sedative and calming pain (almost zero pressure and temperature closer to the body).
The Shower Techniques can be simple (Jet / Nozzle, Cachão, Manupediduche or Hydropressotherapy) or associated with the application of a localized massage, as is the case of Massage Shower.
